Shipping policy
Last updated: July 2026 ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. SHIPPING TIMES Standard shipping: 3-6 business days after processing.All orders include free tracked shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to additional countries. If your country is not currently supported, email us at support@modernrituel.com and we will let you know if and when shipping becomes available. ORDER TRACKING You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@modernrituel.com with your order number. SHIPPING DELAYS While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times listed above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, contact us at support@modernrituel.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or the delivery carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you on a resolution. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no additional cost, but delivery times will be extended.
