ELIGIBILITY You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. HOW TO START A RETURN Email us at support@modernrituel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. REFUND PROCESS Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@modernrituel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including return shipping. EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Opened skincare products (creams, serums) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
